Project Scope: All deliverables, features, and functionalities must be mutually agreed upon and documented in a project scope before work begins.
Quotation Validity: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change based on revised requirements.
Payments & Invoicing: Payments are typically split into phases (e.g., 50% upfront, 30% upon design completion, 20% upon final delivery). Delays in payment may affect project timelines.
Revisions & Changes: The client is entitled to a limited number of design or content revisions as per the agreed scope. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
Content Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, logos, etc.) unless content development is included in the contract.
Timelines & Delays: Project timelines are estimated and subject to change due to delayed feedback, scope changes, or external factors. Delays caused by the client are not the company’s responsibility.
Approval & Sign-Off: Client approval is required at key stages. Changes to already-approved stages may involve additional charges.
Intellectual Property Rights: Final ownership of the website is transferred to the client after full payment. The company may showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Hosting & Domain: Hosting and domain registration are not included unless specifically stated. Assistance is available upon request.
Browser Compatibility: Websites will be tested on current versions of major browsers. Legacy browser support may require additional cost.
Third-Party Tools & Licenses: Any paid plugins, themes, or third-party tools will be billed separately. Licenses are registered in the client's name when applicable.
Security & Backup: Basic security features are included. Ongoing security and backups require a maintenance agreement.
Post-Launch Support: A 15–30 day support window is included post-launch. Additional support is available via maintenance contracts.
Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel the project in writing. The client will be invoiced for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from website issues or third-party service failures.
Breach of Contract: In the event of a breach (e.g., non-payment, misuse of delivered assets), the company reserves the right to suspend work, disable the website, or pursue legal remedies.
Non-Refund of Payments: All payments made are non-refundable, including upfront fees, deposits, and progress-based milestones, even if the client decides not to proceed with the project.
