Aluplast India, a subsidiary of the German uPVC window and door profile manufacturer, was expanding rapidly in the Indian market. With dozens of fabricators and dealers across the country, the company needed a better way to standardize marketing assets, technical documentation, and lead distribution. Previously, they relied on WhatsApp and manual emails to communicate updates—leading to frequent miscommunication and version control issues.
To support their dealer network and improve brand consistency, Aluplast decided to build a web portal where registered partners could log in, access content, view new catalogs, submit sales reports, and receive company news.
The core challenge was scalability and user access control. Aluplast’s user base included partners of varying digital literacy levels. They needed an intuitive UI that worked on mobile and desktop, with tiered access for dealers, sales agents, and internal teams. The portal had to support PDF catalogs, image galleries, training videos, and secure document sharing.
In addition, multilingual support and performance optimization were crucial for pan-India accessibility, especially in semi-urban and rural markets with weak internet connections.
We built the portal using Next.js for blazing-fast performance and used Firebase Authentication for secure, role-based login. Admins could manage users, upload resources, and send announcements. Dealers had access to marketing materials, brand guidelines, and lead forms. We implemented analytics to track downloads and engagement.
The portal also featured a "request custom quote" section that allowed dealers to submit requirements directly to Aluplast HQ. A dashboard visualized all submissions, pending responses, and region-wise dealer activity—helping the sales team prioritize support and track trends.
The portal now serves over 300 dealers with 99.9% uptime and has handled more than 10,000 downloads of assets since launch. Communication turnaround improved significantly, with regional teams reporting better alignment and faster issue resolution. Aluplast now runs monthly training webinars and distributes product updates through the portal—strengthening its dealer relationships and reinforcing its brand leadership in India.
